Your problem stays a conversation.
This notice describes the information collected when you use the business problem form.
What you share
The form collects your email address and description of a problem. You can also provide your name, business name, a problem category, and how often it occurs. We record the submission time and the permission you give us to email you about this problem.
Please leave out passwords, payment information, health records, customer details, and other sensitive or confidential information.
How it is used
The founder reviews enquiries to assess whether a small software project is a fit and to respond about the problem you submitted. Your permission covers that conversation; it is not a newsletter subscription or permission for unrelated marketing.
We group enquiries by the category you select to understand which problems recur. Counts are planning signals, not evidence that a particular product will succeed. We do not sell enquiry information.
Storage, service providers, and AI
Submissions are stored in the application’s private database. Enquiries are not automatically sent to AI providers. Any later use of confidential business information would require appropriate authorization.
If founder email alerts are configured, the alert contains only a receipt reference and a link to the private workspace. It does not contain your email address or problem description. A failed alert does not erase a saved enquiry.
Public deployment uses service providers to host the application and protect the form from abuse. Where Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it processes browser and security information for that purpose. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The site does not include advertising trackers.
Keeping and deleting enquiries
Enquiries are kept while assessing and managing the conversation. You can ask to correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you. A minimal do-not-contact record may need to remain so that your request is respected.
Project payments
Payment notice added October 12, 2026. If you choose to pay for agreed work through a Stripe checkout, Stripe processes the payment details you enter on its checkout page. Kindweft stores the project description, agreed amount, payment references, status and refund information in its private database. Card numbers and bank credentials are not stored in this application. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
We use these records to fulfill the agreement, reconcile payments, handle payment questions and meet recordkeeping obligations. Financial records may need to be retained even if you request deletion of an enquiry. Keep private payment links private. Pages marked practice or test do not collect real payments.
For these requests, email hello@kindweft.com.
Your choices
You can leave optional fields blank. Submitting the form creates no purchase obligation and does not guarantee a demonstration. You can withdraw permission for further contact at any time.
